Refund policy

This policy covers Gugames Premium and coin packs. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and Paddle handles refunds and returns.

14-day refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a purchase or a renewal, without giving a reason. Coins you have already spent are not refunded.

After 14 days a refund is at our discretion, except where the law of your country gives you more rights.

How to ask for a refund

• Reply to the receipt Paddle sent you by email, or
• go to paddle.net, find your purchase and ask for a refund there, or
• write to us through the contact page with the email you paid with.

The money goes back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank.

Cancelling Premium

Premium renews automatically until you cancel. Turn off renewal on the Premium page or through the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancelling stops the next charge; Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. To get money back for the current period, ask for a refund as described above.
